HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes entries will be accepted for the Grand Prize by entering at Dailys.com.

HOW IT WORKS: On September 8, 2010 the winner will be selected by computer drawing from the entries received at Dailys.com. A participant will enter by registering their name, e-mail address, birth date, and password from the point of sale materials located on the Coca-Cola display in stores.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive the $10,000.00 cash prize. Approximate retail value (ARV) for the entire prize package is $10,000.00.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to participate, you must be a legal resident of Tennessee or Kentucky and be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tri Star Energy, LLC dba Daily’s Convenience Stores, Tri Star Services, LLC, Coca-Cola Company, their distributors, subsidiaries and affiliates; employees of advertising, promotion and public relations the agencies involved in any bottler’s, way with this contest; and immediate family members living within the same household of any of the aforementioned parties, are not eligible to enter and, therefore, not eligible to win.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, as well as all travel and incidental expenses. The winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release form (as permitted by law), prior to acceptance and use of the prize package. Non-compliance within seven (7) days of date of notice will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Failure to respond to prize notification or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon request, winner must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) to the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by Sponsor and where prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The winner agrees to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge Tri Star Energy, LLC dba Daily’s Convenience Stores, Tri Star Services, LLC, The Coca-Cola Company, and their distributors, employees, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, judging agency, and/or advertising/public relations agencies bottlers, from any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, or illness arising out of, or claimed to be arising out of sweepstakes entry, prize acceptance, or use/misuse of the aforesaid prize. Prizewinner agrees to assume full responsibility for any guest attending said events. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect entry information, technical malfunction of computer hardware/software, or technical failures of any kind, including error in entry submission, whether human, mechanical or electronic.
