Training

Succeed on a Daily’s Basis.

From the start, Daily’s Convenience Stores has built a reputation for excellence. We strive to offer the best customer service and quality products in a clean, pleasant shopping environment.

This can only be accomplished through the efforts of our most important asset: our team members. To help each team better understand this important commitment, all full-time team members must complete three days of training at our Training Center.

Among the topics covered during training are:

  • WE CARE! (Alcohol, Tobacco and Lottery Sales: How to Be a Responsible Retailer)
  • Diversity
  • Customer Service
  • Safety and Accident Prevention
  • Inventory Control

After a new team member successfully completes three days of in-house training, they will be placed in their assigned store and will work side-by-side with their Unit Business Manager (U.B.M.) for at least two days. The team member will then be assigned their regular work shift.

Additional training programs have been developed by Daily’s to help team members advance within our company.
